How to check whether the welding positioner is properly structured

The development of the welding positioner in China has been very mature and developed. 1. Check the flip drive of welding positioner

(1) The tilt drive should be stable, without shaking under load, and the whole machine should not be overturned. If the load Q exceeds 25kg, it should have a power drive function.

(2) There should be a limit device to control the tilt angle, and there is an angle indicator.

(3) The tilting mechanism must have a self-locking function, which does not slide under load, and is safe and reliable.

 

2. Check the rotary drive motor of the positioner

(1) The rotating drive motor should realize stepless speed regulation and brake.

(2) Within the range of rotation speed, the fluctuation of the rotation speed under load does not exceed 5%.

 

3. Others

(1) The positioner should be equipped with a conductive device to prevent welding current from passing through transmission parts such as bearings and gears. The resistance of the conductive device should not exceed 1mΩ, and its capacity should meet the requirements of the welding rated current.

(2) The control part of the positioner shall be provided with a linkage interface for automatic welding.

(3) The structure of the workbench should be easy to install the workpiece or fixture, and the structure can also be determined through consultation with the user.

(4) The accurate data of load, eccentricity and center of gravity should be clearly stated in the instruction manual of the positioner.
