Welding Positioner

Welding positioner allows an overall tilt due to its unique workbench design: the work-piece can be flipped to the ideal welding position for welding. Generally, the welding of pipe coil is not fixed on the foundation, so it is easy to move. That’s why it is a widely used structural form at present, and is often used in conjunction with telescopic boom welding operators.

Double welding positioner is a positioner with dual-rotation functions, which are driven by two shafts. The clamping bench can rotate around its own axis and also tilt or flip around another axis. It can adjust the welds of various positions on the weldment to the horizontal or easy welding positions of "ship shape". Obviously, it is suitable for the welding of frame, box, plate and many other non-long work-pieces.

For the boom welding positioner, its tilt axis position is mostly fixed. This welding positioner allows larger displacement machine range and therefore better adaptability, yet less stability. That is why it is more likely used in the manual welding application. Be advised, operators refer to the specification of manual welding operation.
