CNC Flame Cutting Machine Was Sent to Vietnam

Good news! On 22nd November 2019, the CNC flame cutting machine bought by one of Vietnam Clients was ready to ship.

The client from Vietnam found our company’s website and browsed all our products and company profile. They showed a strong interest in our company and inquired many questions about our CNC flame cutting machine via WhatsApp and email. We messaged them pictures and cutting videos for reference.

After a few days of online communication, they decided to visit our factory in person. During the visiting time, we tried our best to arrange their trip, toured them in our company and showed them using experience from our local client to get more sense. The client is pretty satisfied in terms of production standards, engineers’ profession degrees, and on-site user experience.

The client form Vietnam inquired about our CNC flame cutting machine price, machine performance, etc. Our salesman answered all the questions in detail. They wanted to know the manufacturing cycle of our machines and we told them honestly that it was about 15 days. They placed the order at the beginning of November and paid 30% of deposit via T/T.

In the past few days, we weekly updated with our client regarding the progress of production by taking pictures and sending videos. Before shipment, our technicians tested CNC flame cutting machine to ensure that our products will maintain its best condition when it arrives in Vietnam

Once the client paid the rest 70% TT, we packed the machine as soon as possible so that our client will receive them in the shortest time. In order to successfully export our CNC flame cutting machine to the Vietnam market, we have communicated with Vietnam client many times and both of us have made very good preparations. Taking the bumps in sea transportation into consideration, we packed the machine carefully with anti-collision protection. In order to prevent the machine from shaking, we fixed it with ropes.

We will provide a perfect after-sale service to our client too. Fengwei will arrange engineers to Vietnam customer’s factory to complete installing and help them do training in operation methods.
